I quite simply would like to take a digital video and be able to completely transform the look of it using a computer. Is this even doable, and if so what is the software of choice?

Final Cut if yoou're using a mac....after effects and adobe premiere if ur using a pc...are the easiest ones........though there are a lot of different softwares which you can combine to get your desired result on both mac and pc platforms.

Reply:All the good software for video editing is for Macintosh, try something like Final Cut Pro.
